Diasporas what it now means to be Canadian

A new issue of International Journal is available. “Diasporas: What it now means to be Canadian” challenges widely held assumptions of how diversity is affecting Canada. The issue features article by Rima Berns-McGown, Robert Latham, Vic Satzewich, Ed Morgan, and more, and includes three unique perspectives on being a second-generation Canadian.

March 7, 2008 2.0 launches

In March 2008, was given a new look, as well as an expanded feature list. Here are the new features of our website:
-A fresh visual upgrade that will make searching through the website easier and more pleasant.
-An expandable archive of IJ volumes that will eventually host pages for every issue of the journal from 1946.
-A new store, enabling Paypal transactions for both physical and electronic copies of the IJ, and an easier way to purchase individual electronic issues, articles, and subscriptions.
-New institutional rates for electronic articles and issues of IJ.

-Electronic Institutional subscriptions.
-A blog post corresponding with every new issue as well as every featured article that will allow readers to post comments.

We’re all very excited about the launch of the new site, and expect it to be a wonderful addition to CIC’s International Journal.
